Bio
Teri has an ongoing professional career as a costume technician with areas of expertise in costume crafts, puppet building, fabric modification and draping. She earned her MFA degree in Costume Design & Technology from Western Illinois University.
Before joining the School of Theatre, Television & Film at SDSU, her professional career path took her coast to coast working in regional theatres, opera, feature films and costume manufacturing for themed entertainment.
Teri is also an adjunct faculty member in the Clothing and Textile Program at the San Diego College of Continuing Education where she teaches classes in machine embroidery, contemporary tailoring, and pattern fitting/alteration.
