B.A. Theatre Arts, General Theatre Arts
The School of Theatre, Television, and Film provides high quality education for undergraduate students that emphasizes excellence in the arts and technology, grounded in conceptual and historical foundations. A B.A. Theatre Arts, General Theatre Arts major has the most flexibility and scope so that interested students can explore a wide range of topics to customize their education.

At the time of the application, select your Pre-Major as “Theatre Arts (662504)”

The Theatre major is designated as an Impacted program. Students first declare as Theatre pre-majors. To be considered for advancement into the General Theatre Arts emphasis students must meet the following requirements:
- Complete THEA 100, 120, 130, and TFM 160 with a grade of C or higher
- Complete THEA 111, 205 and 240 with a passing grade
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.4 or higher
